The board meets quarterly to review Gather & Give’s progress, approve major decisions, and advise the executive team; special meetings are called according to the Bylaws as needed. They play an active role in fundraising, community outreach, and long-term planning to help Gather & Give achieve its mission. Together, they provide vision, oversight, and accountability to ensure we grow responsibly and stay true to our mission and values.

Kelly Rauch
Board Member
Kelly is a small-town girl at heart who deeply believes in the power of community, connection, and simply showing up for one another. Her journey in the nonprofit world began in high school, where she first discovered the joy of helping others and she’s been volunteering ever since. Her love for people led her to a career in healthcare where she truly enjoyed the daily interactions and smiles.
These days, her focus has shifted to caring for her children at home. Kelly finds joy in storytelling and even more in hearing the stories of others- because she believes everyone has something meaningful to share. Whether it’s lending a hand to a neighbor, supporting a local cause, or having a good conversation. Kelly knows that real change begins with real connection. She and her husband, Jason, are raising two wonderful kids (and lots of furry friends) just outside of Ashby.
